Suresh Reddy
Suresh is the Chairman & CEO of Brightcom Group. An entrepreneur with a commitment to building high value businesses, Suresh is responsible for promoting the success of the group and its worldwide functions and sustainability. With over a decade of online marketing and advertising experience, he has a strong understanding of building effective cross-country and cross-cultural business operations. He directs and supervises the group's strategy and its implementation globally.
Suresh founded two successful companies USAGreetings and Ybrant Technologies. He maintains a global network of trusted relationships with peer entrepreneurs, corporates, partners, institutions and the media. He has consummated, completed and integrated 10 major acquisitions for Ybrant Digital, coupled with fund raising. The group under his leadership has raised $100 million in equity and debt over a period of 7 years.
Prior to co-founding two successful companies USAGreetings and Ybrant Technologies, he worked in various roles across different industries in Fortune 500 companies, such as Caterpillar, Chrysler, SBC(PacBell) and Charles Schwab.
Suresh holds an M. S. in Engineering from the Iowa State University and a B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.
Vijay Kancharla
Vijay leads the innovations at Brightcom Group. He is responsible for the company's worldwide technology enhancements and innovations.Vijay has been at the forefront of the internet revolution and has vast experience in building innovative solutions for the online market.
Prior to co-founding USAGreetings and Ybrant Technologies, he worked with some of the Fortune 500 companies, such as Hewlett Packard and Pacific Bell.
Vijay holds an M. S. in Computer Science from the University of Louisville and a B. Tech. from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India.
Satish Cheeti
Satish is a seasoned leader & entrepreneur with strategic experience in successfully driving digitization & transformation across varied industries and geographies. As the Division Chief of Brightcom Audio, he helps in driving the strategy & growth for the next evolution of BCG in Digital Audio.
He previously served as the CEO of Ramky Reclamation and Recycling Ltd. He started a formal recycling business, as a subsidiary of India's largest waste management company and also led their digitization drive. In his other avatars, Satish Cheeti was the co-founder and COO of the data sciences and ML company, Invati Insights. This was acquired by Cyient (a $ 700 MM engineering services company) in 2018. He worked at Delphi, helping the M&A group and led an extensive reorganization across four continents. He worked at Pricewaterhousecoopers, where he was advising various Fortune 50 companies' CEOs globally on strategy. e-business and operations. He also worked at Fiat Chrysler and co-founded a medical services company, Valuexcel.
Satish holds advanced management and engineering degrees from University of Michigan (Ross Business School), Texas A&M University and Osmania University (India).
Peshwa Acharya
An industry veteran, Acharya is the Chief Marketing Officer (Responsible for Marketing, Revenue and Admissions) at the Ampersand Group. He has a vast experience of around 29 years across FMCG, Retail, Telecom, E-Commerce, Hospitality and Education domains.
Archarya, an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Calcutta and has worked in various cities in India and across Asia and Africa. He has held various leadership roles for brands like P&G, Reckitt, Pepsi, Dabur, Reliance Retail, Globacom (Africa) and Sterling Holidays(A Fairfax company). Some of the brands launched / Relaunched & built by him are Reliance Digital, Hutch, Ariel, Dettol, Promise, Harpic, Mortein, Babool, Apps Daily and Housing.com. In 2015, he was handpicked as the first CEO of IIT Bombay Research & Innovation Park (ASPIRE). He also founded entrepreneurial ventures: Think as Consumer (www.thinkasconsumer.com ) and Leven Healthcare.
Bradley N Cohen
Brad is responsible to define and drive the strategic initiatives at Brightcom Group. Brad is also responsible to oversee the M&A activities of the company. Prior to this position, Brad was President – Business Integration & Strategic Initiatives that led Ybrant achieve impressive business results.
An entrepreneur since college, Brad Cohen has founded and managed more than ten successful ventures since 1993 and has a deep understanding of the global Internet marketplace. Brad started his first company, Trident Industries, while in college. Brad was co-founder of eCollege.com, one of the first companies to offer online-distance education programs for Colleges and Universities. As President of the company, Brad managed all software/web development, and the day-to-day business operations.
In 1998, Brad co-found Cohen Capital; under his leadership, Cohen Capital Technologies founded Neural Technologies, LLC., a software development company based on the only known Instantaneously Trained Neural Network Algorithm. In 2002, Brad co-founded what is now known as MediosOne, the Global Online Advertising Network.
Brad received a BA from the University of Missouri in Marketing and Political Science.
Ramesh Reddy
Mr. Ramesh Reddy is the Executive Director (Finance) & Group CFO of Brightcom Group. His responsibilities include corporate finance, merges and acquisitions, corporate planning, risk management and investor relations. Prior to joining Brightcom Group, Mr. Ramesh was heading the Finance function at CTE.
Before joining CTE, he was with Virinchi Consultants, a Hyderabad based start up in e-Business and Web-based analytical solutions. He was SBU head for Malaysia operations with full accountability for all project deliverables through multiple project teams onsite and offshore. In the start-up phase of Virinchi, he played a key role as the Head of the Product Development and Chief Functional Architect, where he defined Virinchi's product scope for B2B Exchanges, and managed the entire development and release of its exchange product suite.
Ramesh Reddy is a Chemical Engineer from IIT, Chennai, and holds a Management Degree in Finance & Marketing from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Yaniv Ben Atia
Yaniv Ben Atia is the CTO of Brightcom Media, the core advertising & media division of Brightcom Group and the GM of its Fusion division. As part of his role, Yaniv is overseeing the division's R&D activities, and is leading the technical innovation efforts, and the integration of its diverse digital media products.
Prior to joining Brightcom Group, Yaniv was over 6 years with Microsoft Israel. In his last position, Yaniv was CTO in Microsoft Israel and head of its Solutions Specialist Group.
Yaniv holds a BSc in Computer Science, and is an avid musician and tennis player.

SHAHAR SHAHARABANY
Shahar is the GM, Finance for Brightcom Group. He is a seasoned finance professional with broad ranging experience in corporate finance and business operations management. Mr. Shaharabany is skilled at collaborating finance with core business operations, and developing efficient and productive cross-enterprise alliances across multiple business environments.
Mr. Shaharabany is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining Oridian, his positions included Controller of Finance at ECI Telecom Israel and Officer in the Intelligence Corps of the Israeli Defense Forces. He did his CPA training at KPMG.
Mr. Shaharabany holds an M.A. in Financial Economics (with distinction) from Tel Aviv University.
KRISHNA SUDUN
Krishna heads the Indian Operations of Brightcom Group's advertising & media division, Brightcom Media.
Krishna is a seasoned professional with years of industry experience in aggressively growing Internet businesses. Prior to joining Ybrant (then), he held a senior position at the Internet startup iXmatch.com. His experience includes working at companies such as MCI WorldCom, SilverStream, Softech Consulting, and Pyramid Consulting. Krishna holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
Shreedhar Reddy
Shreedhar is a seasoned senior-level technology veteran, who has witnessed the metamorphosis of Brightcom Group, from the days of USAGreetings to the present. He was the key person to initiate many successful technology platforms for Brightcom – Pangea, One-Tag (now Compass), Zentyl, Flatmonk, amongst others.
Shreedhar Reddy has been one of the early employees of Brightcom since its inception. Since 1998, he has been critical to the company's growth and success. From being a Software Engineer to becoming the Project Manager and his present position as GM, he has demonstrated great passion for the brand, commitment to his colleagues, and drive to deliver excellence for our clients and stakeholders.
Shreedhar holds an MSc in Computer Science from the Manipal University.
Narayana Raju
Narayana Raju has over 29 years of experience in finance, accountancy, consulting, and business advisory across industry verticals. He's a result-oriented professional who can effectively communicate and interact with the Board of Directors, Bankers, Auditors and Statutory departments.
Raju specializes in corporate and transaction structuring, including building new revenue lines, due diligence, and building robust accounting and finance systems.
Before joining Brightcom Group, Raju worked with Cambridge Technology Enterprises Ltd. as Vice President of Finance and headed their Malaysian unit's financial operations. He was also a part of a team responsible for initiating, stabilizing and operating a new revenue line by partnering with a few prominent companies in the IT / ITES industry.
Before Cambridge Technology Enterprises, Raju worked with Deloitte Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Business Advisor for ten years, with hands-on experience in functional analysis focusing on reducing complexity and improving efficiency and effectiveness. The aim was to shift the attention from operational matters toward supporting shareholder value.
In his previous roles, he was instrumental in setting up a costing system and group financial reporting system; these systems met statutory requirements, managed treasury and helped finance projects. Raju was involved in setting up accounting and finance back office, Amalgamation of group companies, project financing using the financial institutions / IPO route and managing the treasury, budgeting and planning for onshore capacity enhancements. He is a Grad. CWA, from ICWAI and Chartered Accountant (Final Group II) from ICAI, did his Bachelor of Commerce from Osmania University.

He is also the founder and CEO of Motes & Bots Technologies, a company thathelps clients leverage cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and cloud computing tosolve complex problems and achieve their goals.
He is a strategic thinker and a self-starter, who thrives in the fast-paced environment of emerging technologies. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Technology in ComputerScience & Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Raghu's career began with the co-founding of several US-based technology startups in India, where his entrepreneurial spirit and technical expertise played a pivotal role in their establishment and growth. Notably, he co-founded Platys Communications in India, positioning it as a pioneering fabless digital high-speed ASIC (Chip) design house in Hyderabad. His strategic direction and technical acumen were instrumental in Platys Communications' acquisition by Adaptec Inc., a renowned data storage networking company based in Milpitas, CA, USA.
As Managing Director of Adaptec India Pvt Ltd, Raghu Allamsetty spearheaded the expansion and establishment of ASIC and SOC capabilities for storage networking solutions. Under his leadership, the company grew from a small team to a workforce of over 450 engineers across multiple development locations in India. His ability to foster innovation and build high-performing teams has been a cornerstone of his success.
