Trust Certificates
Bright Com, Inc. SecurePort generates Trust Certificates packaged for secure transmission to intended recipients. Bright Com, Inc. SecurePort Internet Gateway
Bright Com, Inc. SecurePort incorporates its own full SMTP server which transmits and receives multiple Emails and faxes simultaneously.Bright Com, Inc. SecurePort’s SMTP server may be configured to sign or encrypt all messages and may also be programmed to reject messages to and from clients which do not have trust certificates registered. Important messages may be monitored for client “Read notification”. In this instance SecurePort will imbed a code within the transmitted Email which causes a “Read Request Notification” to be passed back to the SecurePort information server when the Email is opened. SecurePort will continuously monitor the information server for the “Read Notification” and provide alerts to the administrator should the client not read the message within a given period.

Read Notifications
It is essential in the finance, health and other security critical industries to not only know if someone has received an important fax or email but also to know if it has been read.We have integrated an option into SecurePort that will embed a “read notification” into the email itself. When the email is opened it will automatically respond by sending a “Read Notification” back to the originators Information Server so that an audit trail may be completed from origination to completion. In addition, alerts may be generated to the system administrator to warn if messages have not been read within a predetermined period.
